Our mission
Make hiring fair, fast, and based on what people can actually do.
XpressApply gives every candidate one fair AI interview, scored once and matched to every role they fit — so talent is judged on evidence, not on keywords or who they know.
Why we built XpressApply
Traditional hiring asks people to repeat themselves across dozens of applications, then filters them on a résumé scan that rewards the right buzzwords over the right ability. Good candidates get lost, and recruiters drown in volume. We think both problems have the same root: there is no fair, reusable signal of what someone can really do.
So we built one. A single structured interview, scored transparently against a job-relevant rubric, that travels with the candidate and can be matched to many roles. No CV lottery. No repeating yourself. Just clearer evidence for everyone.
What we stand for
One interview, scored once
We replace the CV lottery with a single structured interview that is scored against a clear rubric and reused for every role you fit. You tell your story once instead of starting over with each application.
Fair by design
Everyone for a role family answers against the same questions and the same rubric. Assessments are recorded as evidence, language is scored on the CEFR scale without accent bias, and any automated result can be reviewed by a person.
Built for both sides
Candidates get a faster, more honest path to work. Employers get a deeper, better-evidenced pool of talent and less time lost to manual screening.
Human in the loop
AI does the repetitive work of listening and scoring at scale. Hiring decisions stay with people, and candidates keep the right to ask for human review.
