What we collect
We collect the details you give us, your interview recording and transcript, and the scorecard the AI produces. We also collect basic usage data to keep the service working.
How we use it
We use your data to run your interview, score it against role rubrics, and match you to open roles. We do not sell your data.
Automated assessment
Your interview is scored automatically. You can ask for a human review of any automated assessment. Read more in the AI transparency notice.
Your choices
You can access, export or delete your data and ask us to correct anything wrong. Contact support to make a request.
