These terms cover company workspaces, role publication, evidence review, billing, and hiring decisions. This is prototype copy and not real legal text.

Workspace use

Your company is responsible for inviting the right team members, keeping access current, and using candidate evidence only for roles where sharing consent exists.

Hiring decisions

XpressApply provides decision support. Your team remains responsible for lawful hiring decisions, feedback, and final candidate communication.

Billing

Placement fees, subscriptions, invoices, and payment failures are handled through the billing workspace and may affect access to self-serve features.

Acceptable use

You may not export, copy, or reuse candidate interview evidence outside the permitted hiring context or after sharing consent is withdrawn.
