A queue backed up during a model update. Interviews kept recording normally. Scorecards finished within 30 minutes and no data was lost.
Brief sign in errors in the EU region
A configuration change caused sign in failures for about 12 minutes. We rolled the change back and added a check to catch it earlier.
Voice interview audio dropouts
Some sessions lost audio for a few seconds. Affected candidates were offered a fresh interview slot at no cost to their status.
