Scorecard
The structured evidence from your interview, scored against a role's rubric. Not an opaque number.
A scorecard is the structured result of your interview, broken down by the criteria a role screens for. Each criterion is marked as met or not, with a short note pointing to the evidence behind it.
Instead of an opaque overall number, you can see that your SQL and data modelling was strong because of a specific answer, and that deep Kafka experience was a gap. That makes a decision something you can understand and, if needed, contest.
