Role family
A cluster of near-identical roles across companies, interviewed once with one shared questionnaire.
Companies hiring for the same kind of work often screen for nearly identical things. XpressApply groups those near-identical roles into one family with a single shared questionnaire, so candidates interview once instead of repeating themselves for each employer.
For example, a mid-level backend engineer role at Northwind Labs and a similar role at Fathom Analytics both sit in the backend engineer, mid family. You answer one interview, and it feeds a tailored scorecard for each company in that family.
