Interview pooling
Re-scoring a single interview against each company's criteria to produce a tailored scorecard per role.
Pooling is what makes one interview count for many roles. Your single conversation is re-scored against each company's own rubric, so every employer sees a read that is specific to their role rather than a generic pass or fail.
When Maria interviews for the Northwind backend role, the same transcript is also scored against Fathom and Lumen. Each company gets its own scorecard, with the criteria that matter to them, from the one interview she actually did.
