CEFR
The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, A1 to C2, used to rate job-relevant language proficiency.
CEFR is a standard scale for language proficiency, running from A1 for beginner up to C2 for mastery. It measures whether you can understand and express yourself at the level a task needs, not how native you sound.
If a role requires English B2, XpressApply rates the language in your interview transcript against that target. Accent never affects the rating. You see the level the role asked for next to the level you demonstrated, as evidence on your scorecard.
